 Students that participate in intramural sports improve their physical literacy, cooperation, teamwork, social skills, and general health. Being involved in intramural sports has several benefits, including teaching us discipline and sportsmanship, humility, and respect for opponents, organizers, and the rules. Second, you can develop your social skills and make lots of friends. Finally, there is increased school spirit. By giving kids a stronger sense of connection and belonging, intramural sports help to foster a positive school culture.
